Throughout my career, I have held strategic and operational roles within global companies such as Nokia, Motorola, and Alcatel-Lucent. As a leader in pre-sales projects and pricing expert, I optimized offer management and drove significant revenue growth. Responsible for managing international teams of several thousand employees, I led major transformation initiatives in complex multicultural environments. My achievements include a 60% increase in sales over 4 years at Nokia France, demonstrating my expertise in P&L management and business development.

Innovation and technological leadership

As an entrepreneur and investor, I am passionate about innovation, particularly in the fields of new technologies, IoT, smart cities, and Industry 4.0. As co-founder and leader of startups like Viteunprof and ProvenhanceLab in the blockchain space, I have also developed disruptive strategies for several companies, driving their success in rapidly evolving markets. I am committed to realizing digital and technological transformations for my clients.

Large-scale transformation and strategy

Expert in change management, I have led complex mergers, including the global services merger of Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent, impacting tens of thousands of employees. In my role as VP of Strategy, I was able to design and implement initiatives aimed at maintaining profitable growth while deeply transforming business models.
