Selon une \u00e9tude de Bpi France Lab, il existe une probabilit\u00e9 de presque 50% pour que vous, en tant que dirigeant, vous sentiez isol\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette sensation d&rsquo;isolement, je l&rsquo;ai personnellement v\u00e9cue dans mes fonctions de VP ou de CEO, malgr\u00e9 une inclination naturelle pour l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et une grande ouverture au feedback. Des d\u00e9cisions complexes \u00e0 prendre sous le regard attentif de votre comit\u00e9 de direction, des plans strat\u00e9giques potentiellement clivants, ou encore des choix financiers et organisationnels cruciaux, autant de moments o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on se sent seul face \u00e0 ses responsabilit\u00e9s, appel\u00e9 \u00e0 faire la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Prendre conscience et agir<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape cruciale est de prendre conscience du danger que repr\u00e9sente cette solitude. Elle peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer d\u00e9vastatrice tant pour le dirigeant sur le plan personnel que pour l&rsquo;entreprise dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La seconde \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 briser cette solitude avec la plus grande urgence. Il existe de nombreuses options pour y parvenir, \u00e0 condition de les reconna\u00eetre et de les mobiliser efficacement. Je remercie personnellement mes \u00e9quipes proches de m\u2019avoir particuli\u00e8rement soutenu dans certains moments difficiles, et je sais que certains se reconna\u00eetront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Le r\u00f4le central de l\u2019accompagnement.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le conseil le plus pr\u00e9cieux que je puisse vous donner, fort de mon exp\u00e9rience en tant que dirigeant et aujourd&rsquo;hui en tant que coach de dirigeants, est de vous faire accompagner. De pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, choisissez un coach qui a v\u00e9cu des exp\u00e9riences similaires aux v\u00f4tres, qui comprend vos d\u00e9fis quotidiens et vos enjeux sp\u00e9cifiques. Le coaching s&rsquo;av\u00e8re \u00eatre un outil extraordinaire pour rompre la solitude de mani\u00e8re constructive, pour \u00e9changer, confronter les id\u00e9es ou partager des doutes avec un pair en harmonie avec votre environnement professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u00c9largir les perspectives<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019accompagnement, d&rsquo;autres actions s&rsquo;av\u00e8rent b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour combattre la solitude du dirigeant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Constituer un conseil consultatif : S&rsquo;entourer d&rsquo;experts et de conseillers pour enrichir les processus de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; D\u00e9velopper un r\u00e9seau de pairs : \u00c9changer avec d&rsquo;autres dirigeants permet de partager des exp\u00e9riences et des conseils pr\u00e9cieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Favoriser l&rsquo;intelligence collective : Impliquer davantage les collaborateurs dans les prises de d\u00e9cision contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;isolement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Prendre soin de soi : Il est essentiel de ne pas n\u00e9gliger sa sant\u00e9 mentale et physique. Des pauses, de l&rsquo;exercice physique, et si n\u00e9cessaire, un accompagnement plus personnel peuvent faire toute la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous invite \u00e0 ouvrir la discussion et \u00e0 partager vos exp\u00e9riences.
